Lena Lindlar

Lena Lindlar is an experienced executive in mergers and acquisitions with a robust background in business development across various sectors. Currently serving as VP and Head of M&A at Philips since November 2018, Lena previously held key positions at Sanofi as Head of White Spaces Business Development & Licensing in Consumer Healthcare, and at Boehringer Ingelheim as Corporate Director for New Business Ventures and Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President in M&A Advisory at Commerzbank AG and as an Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort. Lena holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree from the University of Mannheim and an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
