Nicole Taylor Smith

Nicole Taylor Smith serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Regulatory Science and Policy at Philips since December 2022. Concurrently, Nicole holds memberships with the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and Chief, an organization aimed at advancing women in leadership roles. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, and the FDA, with roles ranging from Vice President of Global Regulatory Policy to Assistant Country Director at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, along with early education at The International School of Kuala Lumpur.
