Richard Kranz

Richard Kranz is the SVP and Head of Human Resources at Philips North America. Richard has over twenty-five years of experience in Human Resources, and they have been with Philips for six years. Prior to Philips, Richard was with Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, where they served as HR Vice President, Global Integrated Supply Chain Operations & Head of HR U.S.

Richard is a strategic and innovative leader, who has a proven track record in developing and executing HR programs that drive business results. Richard is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and they have been recognized for their work in this area. Richard is also an expert in talent management and employee development.

Richard Kranz has a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College and a Global Executive Masters in Human Resources Leadership from Rutgers University.
