Soni Gracia Siahaan

Soni Gracia Siahaan is a skilled UX Designer currently working at Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia since June 2023. Prior experience includes a User Experience Internship at Huneety in August 2022, where Soni redesigned the public website, leading to a 100% increase in monthly active users, and conducted research to create a Talent Assessment feature for identifying high-potential employees. Soni also completed a UI UX Designer training program at Binar Academy in 2022 and worked as a Garment Production Staff at Dan Liris Group from September 2020 to May 2022. Soni holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Institut Teknologi Del, earned in 2019.
