Reginaldo Dobrowolski

Mr. Dobrowolski became Vice President and Controller in August 2021, having previously served as Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Reporting. He joined PMI Brazil in 1996 as an intern within the Accounting department, and progressed rapidly to the role of Manager, Financial Planning and CapEx in 2004.

In 2011, Mr. Dobrowolski transferred to the Operations Center as Controller, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Since 2019, he has been Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning and Reporting.

Delivering strong leadership skills complemented with humility and a collaborative approach, Mr. Dobrowolski has been able to constructively and effortlessly engage at all levels of the organization. Thoughtful, composed, and a great listener, he can navigate through difficult times with ease. His business understanding and affinity for people’s development are both outstanding and inspirational. Mr. Dobrowolski holds an accounting degree from the Federal University of Parana, Brazil.
