David Erfert

David Erfert is the SVP, Chief Transformation Officer at Phillips 66. Before joining Phillips 66, David was the Refinery Manager at ConocoPhillips from April 2001 to April 2012. David's previous experience also includes working as the Manager - Business Services at Tosco Corp. from June 2000 to April 2001 and as the Manager - Planning & Economics at Shell Oil Company from June 1990 to May 2000.

David Erfert has a MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

David Erfert reports to Mark Lashier, President & CEO. They are on a team with Zhanna Golodryga - SVP, Chief Digital & Administrative Officer, Sonya Reed - SVP, HR, Communications & Public Affairs, and Brian Mandell - SVP, Marketing.
