Dawn Staggs

Dawn Staggs is a Senior Counsel for Litigation at Phillips 66, bringing over 25 years of legal experience. Throughout their career, they managed large litigation dockets and developed extensive knowledge in litigation and risk management. Dawn co-owned and managed several injury litigation practices, including Parker, Staggs & Associates, and has shown an aggressive and successful approach in various civil and commercial matters. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland College Park and a Doctor of Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
