Paul Ryder is an experienced professional in fuels quality and performance, currently serving as the Director of Fuels Quality & Performance at Phillips 66 since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading the group focused on the quality and performance of clean fuels, LPGs, and NGLs. Previously, from 2012 to 2022, Paul held the position of Regional Director of Fuel Quality at Phillips 66, providing technical support for various fuels and overseeing quality-related procedures. Prior to that, Paul was also a Regional Director of Fuel Quality at ConocoPhillips from 2002 to 2012, and earlier served as a Lubricants Product Specialist. Paul earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 1998 and 2002.
