Renee Semiz

Renee Semiz has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Manager of Finished Lubricants & Base Oils at Phillips 66 since May 2012. With a professional background that includes roles such as JV Manager for Excel Paralubes, Managing Director for UK Marketing, and Director of Product Optimization, Renee has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of product management and optimization. Prior experience at ConocoPhillips includes positions such as Regional Optimization Manager and Director of Optimization, Improvement & Analysis. Earlier career roles include Process Engineer at PCS and UOP. Renee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Alabama, earned between 1994 and 1998.
