Mike Hoke

Mike Hoke joined P&J in 2013 and has 20 years of experience working in heavy civil and ROW construction, with projects ranging from water/wastewater treatment plant construction, to heavy highway construction, to residential and commercial site development, to transmission and substation civil construction. As Chief Estimator for our ROW Construction Group Mike has leveraged his substantial knowledge of civil and matting access solutions, vegetation management, SWPPP practices, and substation site work to help build P&J into one of the nation’s premier ROW construction contractors.
