Nirav Ravesia

Nirav Ravesia has a comprehensive work experience in quality assurance and quality control roles. NIRAV started their career as a Quality Assurance Officer at Solvay Specialities India Pvt Ltd, where they performed chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. NIRAV then moved on to IOT Infra Energy Ltd as a Laboratory Incharge, where they handled a marketing terminal petroleum product testing laboratory.

At Castrol, Nirav served as a Sr. Executive - Quality Control, responsible for lube oil physico-chemical analysis, lab instrument handling and calibration, monthly KPI reporting, and supervision of lab chemists. NIRAV also managed third-party quality control and verified product formulations.

Nirav's next role was at PETRONAS Lubricants International, where they worked as a QA Manager, independently handling quality functions, handling customer complaints, and leading effective RCA with 8D analysis. NIRAV also implemented and monitored ISO 9001, TS 16949, and ISO 14001 systems.

After that, Nirav joined Klüber Lubrication as the Head of Quality Assurance and HSE, managing QA and HSE functions for Klüber Lubrication India. NIRAV served as the Management Representative for the company, ensuring compliance with IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and handling customer complaints. NIRAV also organized safety and sustainability projects.

Currently, Nirav is the Chief Manager Quality Assurance at PCBL Limited, where they are responsible for maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) ISO 9001, IATF 16949. NIRAV ensures compliance to ISO 17025 and participates in various LPRS by ASTM and key customers. NIRAV focuses on quality objectives such as in-process rejections, finish product rejections, customer complaints, cost of poor quality, and process audit.

Nirav Ravesia holds a Master of Science degree in Polymer Chemistry from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. NIRAV also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the same university, earned from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Supply Chain (Operations) through distance education at Sikkim Manipal University, during the period of 2013 to 2016.
