Stephanie Leuenberger has over 17 years of work experience. Stephanie started their career in 2004 as a Teller at Great Western Bank, where they were responsible for processing deposits, withdraws, money orders, etc. for customers and balancing the bank vault and ATM. In 2008, they moved to Berkshire Hathaway as a Business Development Rep, where they were responsible for generating and quoting workers comp applications in excess of $250K in annual premium, creating and maintaining relationships with a book of over 300 brokers in the California region, and coaching, training, and mentoring fellow team members and new hires for development purposes. In 2014, they became a Driver Recruiter at Werner Enterprises, where they were responsible for recruiting both experienced and student Class A CDL drivers to work with one of the largest transportation companies in the U.S. and investigating background reports and verifying previous employment experience. In 2015, they moved to Aureus Medical Group as an Account Manager. In 2017, they moved to Omaha National as a Resource Staff Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing a team of Underwriting Specialists, CSRs and Administrative Support and using mentoring and leadership skills to help employees grow professionally and building and maintaining inter-department communications and training to assist in the growth of the company. In 2018, they took on two roles, becoming a Sales Trainer and Inside Sales Representative at Radio Engineering Industries and a Licensed Sales Producer at Allstate. Finally, in 2022, they moved to Phillips Connect as a Sales Operations Manager.

Stephanie Leuenberger attended Millard North High School from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, they attended Wichita State University, studying Theatre/Theater.
