Caitlin Lepera

Caitlin Lepera has extensive experience in property management and customer service, having been with Phillips Edison & Company since June 2014 and progressing through various roles, including Tenant Services Manager and Senior Property Management Coordinator. Responsibilities have included managing a team of Property Management Assistants, overseeing solar projects, and coordinating document management tasks. Prior to this, Caitlin held positions in retail, including Key Holder at Sperry Top-Sider and Team Member at Janie and Jack, where strong customer engagement and sales techniques were utilized. Caitlin also gained experience in training and team management at Graeter's Ice Cream and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
