Mark Porter

Mark Porter has extensive experience in leasing and commercial real estate, currently serving as the Senior Director of Leasing at Phillips Edison & Company since August 2010, managing a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Previous roles include founding Dealonomic Concepts, serving as Director of Leasing at Crystal Beach Development and The Mills Corporation, and leading leasing efforts at Burroughs & Chapin Company, where over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space was managed. Mark's early career involved developing retail and entertainment concepts at The Tobin Group and owning businesses at Barefoot Landing, along with experience as a Regional Manager at Bennigans. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration from the University of South Carolina.
