Sarah Harmeling

Sarah Harmeling started their work experience in 2010 as a Senior Mortgage Analyst at Ohio National Financial Services. Sarah then joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2013 as a Transaction Analyst, before becoming a Licensed Realtor at OwnerLand Realty in 2015. Sarah returned to Phillips Edison & Company in 2017, first as a Transaction Associate, then as the Director of Portfolio Management - North Region, and currently serves as the Associate Vice President Portfolio Management - North Region.

Sarah Harmeling attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, and International Business. In 2008, they also studied International Business in Thailand at the University of Cincinnati.
