Rachel Henry

Rachel (Stinson) Henry serves as the Human Resources Director at Phillips Exeter Academy since September 2017 and has held various leadership roles at World Learning since September 2005, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Global Human Resources. Rachel has played a crucial role in developing and maintaining a high-quality HR function, ensuring effective performance management, and translating strategic plans into operational initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing compensation programs, and fostering an informed workforce. Rachel holds a degree from the University of Vermont, earned between 1995 and 1999.
