With over 50 years of experience serving clients in Northeast Indiana, Phillips Financial has grown from a small, family-owned financial services practice to an independent wealth management firm with over 14 associates and 5 managing partners. How did we come so far?

It began with our late founder, Richard Phillips, Sr., who attributed his success to hard work, a steady focus on his clients’ needs, and providing exceptional service to every customer every day. He instilled this work ethic in his son, Richard Phillips, Jr., who worked by his side for many years. Rick now leads the organization. While many father-son ventures fizzle with the next generation, Rick has taken the firm to the “next level,” providing highly sophisticated, integrated wealth management services to high net worth clients across the United States.

Our team approach and dedication to providing leading-edge strategies for total wealth management and employee benefits planning has enabled the firm to provide services to 55 employer-sponsored retirement plans and just over 500 individual, family and foundation relationships (as of July 26, 2017).

With this growth, establishing a foundation for the continuity of the firm into the future is a major focus. This is being accomplished through the careful selection and development of associates, as well as through the establishment of sound business processes and technological enhancements.
