Jim Knudson

Jim Knudson, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience in both strategic and operational activities. Jim served as the Director of Human Resources at Phillips Foods & Seafood Restaurants from October 2006 to present, where they were responsible for recruitment, staff development, conflict resolution, and HR policies development. Prior to this role, Jim was a Human Resources Manager at the same company from October 1999 to October 2006. Jim also has experience as a General Manager at Phillips Seafood Restaurants from August 1990 to October 1999, and as a Restaurant Manager at Clyde's of Columbia from September 1988 to August 1990.
