His practice includes assisting clients with compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws; wage and hour law; corporate governance, formations and organizations; mergers and acquisitions; employment and consulting agreements; joint ventures; general commercial contracts; legal compliance programs; employment hiring; discipline and termination; reductions in force; employee leave issues; employee accommodation issues; personnel policies and practices; non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants; severance agreements; employment discrimination; labor arbitrations and unfair labor practices; collective bargaining; workplace and governmental investigations; and employee training.
