Evan Spelfogel is a Senior Counsel at Phillips Nizer LLP since July 2018, specializing in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, collective bargaining, and human resources issues. Previously, Evan served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Columbia University Law School from September 2015 to May 2020, while also working as a member at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from July 1991 to June 2018. Earlier career experience includes partnerships at Burns Summit Rovins & Feldesman and Fellner Rovins & Gallay, as well as attorney positions at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, the National Labor Relations Board, and the U.S. Department of Labor. Evan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University.
