Martin Coonen

Martin Coonen is an experienced professional in real estate management, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate EMEA at Philips since June 2014, overseeing operations for over 240 sites across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previous roles at Philips include leading real estate strategy and transformations, managing global construction projects, and directing corporate real estate in the Americas. Earlier experience includes senior consultancy positions at DTZ Zadelhoff and advising on strategic real estate issues at KPMG Consulting. Martin holds a Master's degree in Real Estate & Housing from Delft University of Technology and various professional certifications, including MRICS.
