Adam Kosen

Adam Kosen has extensive experience in education, business development, and government affairs. Currently serving as a Roving Prospector at Philmont Scout Ranch since May 2018, Adam provides interpretive programs focused on the history of New Mexico. Concurrently, Adam works as a Consultant for Business Development at Pacific Tugboat Service, engaging in business growth initiatives. Previous roles include Government Affairs Assistant, where responsibilities involved government contracting and compliance, and an intern for The Maritime Alliance, contributing to event planning and research. Adam's earlier experience also includes educating participants at Philmont Scout Ranch and working at the Maritime Museum of San Diego, providing guest assistance and historical information. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from California State University Maritime Academy.
