Brett Keenan

Brett R. Keenan, JD MBA CPA, serves as CFO and General Counsel at Philo Ventures since April 2022, while also operating as Principal at BRKeenan & Associates, LLC, focusing on business and executive coaching since July 1999. Noteworthy experiences include serving as Chief Financial Officer at Eliason Inc., where revenue increased from $25MM to over $200MM in three years, and holding various finance and international tax roles at Amoco Corporation, including Financial Manager and International Tax Attorney. Early legal experience includes being an Associate Attorney at Baker & McKenzie. Brett holds a JD/MBA in Finance and Tax from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Brigham Young University.
