Cito Beltran

Cito Beltran is a seasoned columnist and consultant with extensive experience in media, communications, and corporate training. Since 2006, Cito has contributed a thrice weekly opinion column on motoring for The Philippine STAR, while also hosting a news and current affairs program for Cignal TV, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. As a self-employed consultant since 2002, Cito has collaborated with various government and private organizations, offering training in crisis management, team building, and media communications. Cito's previous roles include faculty member at the Development Academy of the Philippines, opinion writer for ISYU, TV talk show host for ABS-CBN, and commentator on DWWW & DZMM. With a background in resort development and a degree from the University of the Philippines, Cito combines expertise in both the media and hospitality sectors.
