Hank Yang

Hank Yang currently serves as the General Manager for China at PHINIA since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager for BorgWarner Inc. from January 2007 to July 2023, overseeing various organizational roles including General Manager for China, Director of Sales & PM, and Director of Operations. Notable achievements include managing a full P&L of Morse systems with revenue of $250M and leading the establishment of new plants while closing down others in PDS China. Additional roles encompass Managing Director for Gnutti Carlo Group in China and Quality Assurance Manager at Faurecia. Hank holds numerous degrees from prestigious institutions including Columbia Business School, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and Harvard Business School, complemented by a Master’s degree in EMBA from East China University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Hefei University of Technology.
