Rusli Zhu

Rusli Zhu has extensive work experience, starting as an IT Officer at PT. KalbeFarma, tbk in 2000. Rusli then became an IT Supervisor for infrastructure at the company from 2003 to 2006. In 2007 and 2008, Rusli took on the role of IT Officer for Network and Communication at the same company.

In 2008, Rusli joined PT. Relia Telemit Semesta as a Pre-sales and Sales Manager, where they were responsible for strategic approaches, analyzing customer demands, and developing market strategies. Rusli also provided direction for the sales team and ensured customer satisfaction.

From 2008 to 2012, Rusli continued their role as a Pre-sales and Sales Manager at PT. Aplikas Servis Pesona, where they further enhanced their skills in customer engagement, strategic approaches, and sales management.

In 2013, Rusli briefly worked as a Director at PT MCR before joining Young & Rubicam Group Indonesia as an IT Manager from 2013 to 2015.

Since 2015, Rusli has been working at PT Duta Kalingga Pratama as the Business Strategy Division Head. In this role, they manage the business team and company performance, develops internal teams, and supports partners in finding fit solutions for their improvement and innovation. Additionally, Rusli plays a strategic role in automation consulting for Industry 4.

Moving forward, Rusli will be joining Phintraco Group in 2023 as the Associate Director of Business Development.

Rusli Zhu began their education at Methodist 1 Palembang from 1990 to 1995, although the degree and field of study are not specified. Rusli then pursued a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.
