WHAT TO EXPECT:

As a Growth Lead at Phiture, you'll serve as the primary strategist and leader for your team, driving not only team performance but also innovation and growth for your clients. This is not just a team lead role – it’s a senior, high-impact position where your strategic vision shapes integrated marketing solutions across App Store Optimization (ASO), Performance Marketing, and Retention. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning marketing activities with client objectives, ensuring long-term success, and enhancing Phiture’s position as a leader in mobile growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our key clients, integrating ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention strategies to deliver a seamless marketing approach.
• Client Success Accountability: Own the success of your pod by driving client satisfaction and ensuring that all client objectives are met with high-quality deliverables. You'll be the key leader ensuring that client KPIs and North Star goals are consistently achieved.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Creative Leads, and Analysts to provide coherent and data-driven marketing solutions. Lead your team in working together towards a unified vision and strategy.
• Mentorship & Team Development: As a senior leader, you will mentor and manage Senior Consultants and other key team members, fostering an environment of continuous growth and innovation. Your leadership will guide your team toward achieving its full potential.
• KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Set and review performance metrics for each account, ensuring all strategies are aligned with client goals. Regularly monitor KPIs and guide the team in course corrections as needed.
• Innovate with Gen AI: Harness cutting-edge generative AI tools to drive innovation in your team’s creative and analytical processes, helping Phiture stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
• Business Development & Client Relationships: Support business development efforts and collaborate on client pitches, ensuring new business is accurately scoped and your team is equipped to deliver on client commitments.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Proven experience in strategic mobile growth leadership, with expertise in ASO, performance marketing, and retention.
• Strong experience in client relationship management across multiple markets, excelling in both communication and service.
• Ability to align client goals with marketing strategies, ensuring long-term success for both clients and Phiture.
• Interest and experience with generative AI tools to drive innovation and operational efficiencies.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team and mentor senior-level consultants, ensuring the overall success of your pod and its members.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to jump in hands-on when required, balancing leadership with execution.
