Emma Herrero

Emma Herrero has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Emma most recently worked at Phiture as the Director of People & Culture. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People and Culture at Sellics. Emma also worked at Katulu GmbH as the Head of Human Resources, where they focused on shaping company culture and leading organizational transformation. Before that, they were the Human Resources Director at Mojix, where they led the company's growth and adjusted its culture to accommodate the increase in employees. Their career in human resources started at Mojix, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager and gained valuable experience in personnel evaluation and brand building. Emma has also held positions at the Confederación de Empresarios Privados de Bolivia and Kelele Africa. Before entering the field of human resources, they worked as the Gemological Laboratory Director at Laboratorio Gemologico de Madrid and CEO and Founder of Emma Herrero Joyas.

Emma Herrero's education history is as follows:

- From 2016 to 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from URJC online.

- In 2015, they completed a Master Degree in International Cooperation from URJC online.

- In the same year, they also received a certificate in "Liderando el Desarrollo Sostenible de las Ciudades" from Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, with a focus on general human development and family.

- From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Teacher Education from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

- In 2010-2011, they took part in postgraduate studies in Primary Education - Waldorf at Universidad de La Salle, specializing in early childhood education.

- In 2006-2009, they obtained a specialization in Superior Gemology with a Diamond Specialty from Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones Gemológicas, focusing on geology.

- Lastly, from 2000 to 2003, they completed a Superior Technician program in Plastic Arts and Artistic Jewelry Design from Escuela de artes plasticas nº 3 Madrid, with a concentration in jewelry.
