Robin Renfroe

As the Vice President of Human Resources for Doyon, Limited, Robin Renfroe leads Doyon’s human resources programs and services, including employee relations, workforce planning, training and development, benefits, and information systems. Renfroe also oversees shareholder services, which includes shareholder records and relations.

Renfroe’s professional career has included high-level positions with Alaska Native organizations including Dena Aka, where she served as executive director; Tanana Chiefs Conference, where she held several positions including chief executive officer and director of employment and training; and Doyon, where she has worked for a total of 20 years. At Doyon, Renfroe has held positions including vice president of administration and shareholder services, open enrollment team leader, and shareholder outreach manager.

In addition, Renfroe is a founding member of the Alaska Native Coalition for Employment and Training (ANCET) programs, and spent 10 years on the Alaska Statewide Private Industry Council and Fairbanks Private Industry Council. She has also served on numerous boards and commissions primarily focused on the employment and training of Alaska Natives and Alaskans.
