Katsiaryna Lazar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Phiture since January 2023, Katsiaryna previously held positions such as HR Business Partner at WorkFusion, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership on people programs and developing a people strategy for R&D. At Gismart, Katsiaryna played a pivotal role in preparing the company for significant growth by implementing an HRIS and establishing performance metrics. Earlier experience includes roles at Apalon and IAC Applications focused on organizational change and cultural integration, and a foundational position as Talent Acquisition Manager at Klika Tech, building R&D capabilities.
