Andrew Kandiah

Andrew began his career working in the banking industry and after several successful roles embarked upon a new challenge of setting up an IT support company. Following this success Andrew moved into the healthcare industry working initially in a call centre environment (setting up the UK’s first 111 service) before moving into the urgent care sector managing complex operations and referral management pathways.

Andrew joined PHL in the summer of 2016 and has recently been promoted to the post of Executive Director of Operations.
