Lauren Lindsay

Lauren Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Lauren most recently worked at Phlo as the Head of People & Culture starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the People & Culture Manager at Phlo from June 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Phlo, they were the People & Operations Manager at Bit Zesty from October 2020 to June 2021. Lauren also worked as the Head of Talent at BIG Partnership from August 2019 to October 2020 and held the role of Recruitment Partner at Dentons from March 2019 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Global Resourcing Partner at ACCA from January 2017 to March 2019. Lauren began their career at REED, where they held various roles including Recruitment Team Manager, Executive Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant. Lauren also gained experience as a Showroom Sales Advisor at Home Retail Group PLC from September 2007 to September 2012. Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, culture development, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.

Lauren Williams completed their education at the University of Strathclyde from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a 1st Class BA Hons degree in Marketing & Management Science. Prior to that, they attended Greenock Academy from 2002 to 2008, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In addition, Lauren obtained a certification in "Introduction to Inclusive Talent Acquisition" from Perkins School for the Blind in January 2019.
