Kirsty Frankland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kirsty started their career at National Tyres and Autocare as a Customer Service Advisor from July 2013 to August 2015. Following that, they worked at Vodafone as a 101 Service Desk Advisor from September 2015 to November 2018. Kirsty then joined Express Solicitors as an Enquiries Assistant from November 2018 to July 2019. Kirsty's most recent role was at PHMG, where they steadily progressed from a Client Support Coordinator from July 2019 to February 2021, to a Client Care Manager from February 2021 to October 2022, and finally to a Global Quality Assurance Manager from October 2022 to January 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Quality Assurance at PHMG, starting from January 2024.

Kirsty Frankland obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Sociology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.
