Olivia Howlett

Olivia Howlett has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Olivia worked as an English Teaching Assistant at The British School in The Netherlands from July 2007 to August 2008. From March 2009 to May 2020, they served as the Head of Audio Branding at PHMG. Olivia'sresponsibilities at PHMG included supporting a culture of continuous improvement through learning, designing and delivering L&D solutions, identifying training needs, budget planning, and developing induction programs. From May 2020 onwards, they transitioned to the role of Head of Learning and Development at PHMG, where they were responsible for monitoring trainee progress and conducting trainee assessments.

Olivia Howlett completed their education at The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2009, earning a 1st Class Honours Bsc degree in Business Management (Marketing). Olivia also attended The British School in the Netherlands from 2007 to 2009, where they achieved A Levels in English, Art, Drama, and Geography, all with excellent grades. In terms of additional certifications, Olivia obtained a CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Learning and Development from CIPD in 2021, and they also hold a BSc degree in Business Management (Marketing) from The University of Manchester.
