Alan Rhines, CPA has over 10 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Alan began their career in 2006 as a Staff Auditor at BSPJ, LLP, where they planned and prepared financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in the construction, real estate, freight shipping, wholesale food distribution, and benefit plans industries. In 2011, they moved to Cherry Bekaert LLP as a Senior Auditor, where they managed financial statement audits, provided assurance for the reliability of a company's financial information, and worked with clients ranging from pre-revenue to fully established entities with revenues ranging from $10M - $1B. In 2014, they joined SMB Machinery Systems, LLC (Private Equity Portfolio) as Director and Manager, Accounting & FP&A, where they managed the implementation process for the Company's ERP system, developed and maintained budgets and cash flow expectations, and managed various accounting close efforts.
