Brent Rogers DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC has extensive work experience in healthcare, starting in 2001 as a NPQ 1 Firefighter/EMT-I at Thomasville Fire Department. From 2003 to 2010, they worked as a Paramedic/FTO/CCEMT-P at Emergency Medical Service. In 2009, they became an ICU-RN/Charge Nurse at SMITH NORTHVIEW HOSPITAL. From 2011 to 2014, Brent worked as an ER/ICU Nurse as a Travel Nurse. In 2014, they joined Archbold Medical Center, where they served as an ICU RN, Assistant Director of Nursing, and eventually as a Nurse Manager in the Medical Surgical-Urology/Bariatric department. In 2020, they moved to HCA Healthcare, initially serving as the Director of Medical Tele/Neuro/Covid Unit and later as the Director of Tele/Neuro, Inpatient Dialysis & Float Pool, and the Director of Emergency Department. Since 2023, Brent has been working at Phoebe Putney Health System as the Vice President of Nursing Operations.

Brent Rogers has a diverse education history. Brent Rogers completed their Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a focus on executive leadership from the University of Central Florida between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters in Nursing Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Thomas University from 2016 to 2019. In 2006 and 2007, Brent obtained their Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Darton College. Brent Rogers also holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Paramedic Technology from Southwest Georgia Technical College, which they completed in 2002. Additionally, Brent earned a Certificate in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT-I) in 2001 from the same institution. Brent Rogers further expanded their knowledge in fire science by obtaining an NPQ-1 Certificate from the Georgia Fire Academy in 2001. Brent's academic achievements are complemented by their Nurse Executive (NE-BC) certification obtained from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in August 2020.
