Bill Dwyer has held a variety of roles in the IT industry over the past four decades. From 1981 to 2002, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Federal Systems and Sterling Software. In 2005, they worked as a Colleague at LeopardCo, Inc., developing the sale of a health care accounts receivable management company. In 2009, they were the General Manager of Infrastructure Support Services at Astreya Partners, where they set strategy and managed operations. From 2011 to present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix 2.0. Inc., assisting clients with IT infrastructure. Finally, from 1991 to 2002, they were the President and CEO of TAOS - The Sys Admin Company.
Bill Dwyer attended New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1963 to 1968, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering.
