Monika Murphy

Monika Murphy has extensive experience in database administration and financial systems implementation, currently serving as Sr. Oracle DBA and Oracle EBS Implementation specialist at Phoenix American Financial Services since 2005. Responsibilities include managing over 100 production and UAT environments on Oracle 12 and 19, executing database upgrades, implementing Salesforce solutions, and upgrading legacy timekeeping systems to Kronos. Monika has successfully led Oracle EBS implementations for over 30 clients and provides ongoing operational support, including collaboration with external auditors for SOC audits. Prior roles include Business System Analyst at PAI, Accounts Payable/Receivables Specialist at RPC.com, and Internal Auditor at Phoenix Leasing. Monika holds a BA in Financial Accounting and Computer Information Systems from San Francisco State University and has a background from Masaryk University Brno.
