Steve Oberhansly FMP has over 40 years of work experience in facilities management, operations, and building maintenance. Steve started their career at Ski and Tennis Chalet as a Manager and Head Tennis Instructor, then moved on to roles at Federal Express Corporation, Desert Spectrum Companies, Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch Resort, Buffalo Painting Company, Marriot Services/Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, Arizona Wood Finishing, Nordstrom, Radiant/Paradise K-8 Education Center, and Phoenix Art Museum. Steve has demonstrated expertise in developing preventative maintenance programs, overseeing housekeeping and landscaping, and managing multiple buildings and facilities.

Steve Oberhansly FMP attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. In 1986, they obtained a certification from the International Airline Academy in Oakland Airport, CA. In 1987, they received an AZ Real Estate License. Additionally, in 1998, they obtained a license as a Commercial Painting Contractor (no longer active) from the AZ Registrar of Contractors.
