Cassie Poss, CMP has a diverse work experience across various industries. Cassie began their career as a Senior Conference Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they provided exceptional customer service and coordinated event planning for over 15,000 guests. Cassie then joined Madeleine Crouch & Co., Inc. as an Account Executive, supporting multiple non-profit organizations with tasks such as event planning, marketing, contract negotiations, and social media management. Currently, Cassie is employed at Visit Fort Worth, where they have held various roles, including Sports Marketing Coordinator and Sports Events Manager. In these positions, they developed and executed event management plans, created and launched social media channels, and played a significant role in establishing the Fort Worth Sports Commission. Currently, Cassie serves as the Director of Business Development, focusing on recruiting sports-related national governing bodies and event organizers to Fort Worth's facilities and hotels.

Cassie Poss, CMP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music, specifically Saxophone Performance, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
