Carlos Torres

Carlos Torres is the Chief Information Officer for Phoenix Biotechnology and CEO of Latin American Operations. With a background in computer science, executive leadership, business consulting, manufacturing, and finance, Carlos oversees all IT operations and works closely with the company’s other top executives. Besides having extensive knowledge in technology, Carlos has a strategic mind for business development and makes significant contributions to the organization’s goals and objectives. Carlos has been with Phoenix Biotechnology for 22 years and ensures the company has a competitive advantage for top-line growth and operational optimization for bottom-line performance.

With outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, Carlos is also spearheading the company’s expansion in Latin America, helping Phoenix Biotechnology’s subsidiary grow from a single-product company to a multiproduct operation. When he’s not working, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid triathlete. Carlos has won numerous awards in high-profile triathlons and has also represented the United States as part of Team USA.
