Amanda Nederostek

Amanda Nederostek, MS, RDN, is the Director of Nutrition Therapy Services at Phoenix Children's Hospital, a position held since January 2020, overseeing nutrition services for a 433-bed Level I pediatric trauma center and its satellite locations. Previously, Amanda served as the Director of Clinical Nutrition at both Phoenix Children's Hospital and Sodexo, managing similar responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles at Intermountain Healthcare, where Amanda was the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, Clinical Nutrition Manager, and Clinical Dietitian, contributing to food service operations and clinical nutrition services in a pediatric setting. Amanda began her career as a Public Health Nutritionist at the Utah Department of Health and as a Diet Tech at Intermountain Healthcare. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Miami University, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance from the same institution.
