Lisa House has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Lisa most recently worked as the Human Resources Director at Phoenix Children's Hospital since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Gulf Coast Market at Ascension from 2016 to 2018. Before that, Lisa held a Senior Manager role at Chesapeake Energy from 2014 to 2015, where they managed the HR team and provided services to 6,000 employees across multiple states. Lisa also worked at IBM in various HR roles, including as a Global Staffing Program Manager, a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, a Sr. Global Operations and HR Manager, and a Professional Development Manager. Lisa started their career at Intel in product planning and marketing. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record in implementing HR strategies and programs.
Lisa House has an MBA degree in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA degree in Management from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, they hold certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and Lean Green Belt for Healthcare from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
