Michelle Molina

Michelle Molina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in laboratory management and administration. Currently serving as the Administrative Director of the Laboratory at Phoenix Children's since May 2021, Michelle has held various roles including Lab Manager for Quality and Support Services, Interim Laboratory Manager for Specimen Processing and Point of Care, and Laboratory Manager for Quality and Regulatory. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona from February 2010 to May 2021, where roles included interim Laboratory Manager for Microbiology and Microbiology Supervisor. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Histotechnologist at Caris Diagnostics and Field Reporter at Drug Abuse Warning Network, along with a role as Laboratory Manager at Sun Health Research Institute. Michelle holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona.
