Sarah Bradshaw has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sarah is currently the Lead Clinical Nurse Reviewer for Case Management at Phoenix Children's, starting in 2023. Previously, in 2023, they worked as the Manager of Pediatric Clinical Programs at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, where they were responsible for developing and managing integrated clinical management activities and prevention programs.
From 2013 to 2023, Sarah worked at Children's Mercy Kansas City. During this time, they held various roles such as Manager of Care Management & Utilization Review, where they led the development and implementation of population health and discharge transition programs. Sarah also worked in Clinical Informatics & Practice, supporting regulatory readiness and educating new nurses. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked as a Nurse Care Manager and Ambulatory Nurse at Children's Mercy Kansas City.
Sarah's previous experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at St. Louis Children's Hospital in 2012 and at University of Missouri Health Care in 2011. Sarah also completed a Sports Medicine Internship at University of Missouri from 2008 to 2010.
Sarah Bradshaw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sarah also holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University. In addition to their degrees, Sarah has obtained certifications as an Accredited Case Manager from the American Case Management Association in 2015, and as a Certified Pediatric Nurse from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in 2013.
