Therese Valadez has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in several organizations. Therese currently serves as the Divisional Director of Human Resources at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Dignity Health - St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center and the Director of Human Resources at Dignity Health Systems Office.
