Jennifer Wesche

Jennifer Wesche has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent and Operations at Phoenix Cyber, where they provide full-cycle recruiting, HR, operations, payroll, and business development support. Prior to this, Jennifer co-owned Fulminare, LLC, an economically disadvantaged women-owned small business specializing in management consulting. Jennifer also worked as a 1099 contract recruiter for a staffing company. Before that, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Program Manager, and E-Learning Trainer at Paragone Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for recruiting, talent management, program management, and business development. Jennifer also gained experience as a Business Operations Manager at 3GIMBALS and as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Booz. Jennifer started their career as an intern and participated in the Florida Gubernatorial Fellows Program.
