Chris Pope has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Chris began their career in 2006 as an IT Manager at The Road Show Company, where they developed, managed, and maintained computer systems, trained sales staff, and updated web pages. In 2007, they worked at Circuit City as a Firedog Lead Technician before becoming a Team Supervisor and Manager in Training. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Sales Department Manager at Office Depot. In 2011, they joined Spectrum as a System Administrator, where they managed virtual desktop infrastructure, enterprise servers, and various applications. Finally, in 2018, they joined Phoenix Defense, LLC. as a Systems Engineer/Architect IV.

Chris Pope completed their education at Valencia College, obtaining several certifications and degrees in the field of computer engineering and technology. They obtained a Microcomputer Repairer/Installer certification in January 2006. Chris then pursued a Microsoft Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification in August 2007, followed by a Computer Information Technology Specialist certification in May 2009. They further obtained a Wireless and IP Communications Technician certification from Valencia College in August 2009. In May 2010, Chris achieved the Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification. Continuing their education, Chris earned the CompTIA A+ certification in December 2011, as well as the CompTIA Network+ CE and IT Operations Specialist – CIOS certifications, both in December 2011. They also obtained the ITIL v3 certification in November 2013. In May 2015, Chris became an Apple Certified Associate in Mac Management 10.10. Additionally, they obtained the Accredited Platform Specialist (HP Desktop, Workstations, and Notebooks 2010) certification in June 2012. In October 2012, Chris achieved the CompTIA Security+ CE and Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS certifications. They further earned the VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) certification in September 2019. Their latest certification, the VxRail Implementation Engineer, was obtained from Dell EMC in August 2021.
