This team is responsible for overseeing flight operations, managing scheduling and resource allocation, performing regular maintenance checks, and addressing any technical issues to maintain safety and compliance with FAA regulations. Key roles include the Operations Manager who oversees daily flight operations, the Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician who conducts and supervises aircraft repairs and maintenance, and the Maintenance Controller who coordinates maintenance activities and documentation.
