Sergey Sochnev

Sergey Sochnev, the founder of Phoenix Education, has a background in developing leadership and transformation programs for top Russian and global companies such as BCG, Yandex, Sber, VK, and Ozon. Sergey's long-term goals at Phoenix include developing a community of mentors, an ecosystem for students, and an educational program to improve entrepreneurship skills. Prior to founding Phoenix Education, Sochnev worked at Microsoft as an Account Technology Strategist in the Financial Services sector. Sergey also has experience as an IT department intern at Mars and as a founder of a practice-oriented business case school for students in Russia. Sochnev holds a Specialist degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
